Du kannst dein Chronica-Konto jederzeit selbst löschen — entweder direkt in der App oder per E-Mail, falls du die App nicht mehr installiert hast. Beide Wege löschen dein Konto und alle dazu gespeicherten Daten vollständig und unwiderruflich.

1 In der App löschen — sofort

Die Löschung wird direkt ausgeführt, ohne Wartezeit und ohne Anfrage bei uns.

  1. Chronica öffnen und Einstellungen aufrufen

Ist dein Zugang abgelaufen und du landest direkt auf der Abo-Seite: dort über Konto kommst du an die gleiche Löschfunktion.

2 Per E-Mail löschen lassen — ohne App

Du brauchst die App dazu nicht neu zu installieren. Wir löschen ohne Rückfrage.

  • Schreibe von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an orga@chronica-app.com
  • Betreff: Konto löschen
  • Hast du dich mit Apple oder Google angemeldet, nenne bitte die dort verwendete E-Mail-Adresse

Wir löschen dein Konto in der Regel innerhalb von wenigen Tagen, spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Eingang deiner Anfrage, und bestätigen die Löschung per E-Mail.

Mit dem Konto werden alle personenbezogenen Daten gelöscht, die wir zu dir gespeichert haben:

Die Löschung erfolgt sofort und unwiderruflich. Eine Wiederherstellung ist danach nicht möglich — auch nicht durch uns.

Was noch kurzzeitig bestehen bleibt

Abo separat kündigen

Das Löschen des Kontos beendet ein laufendes Abo nicht, weil die Abrechnung über den jeweiligen Store läuft. Kündige das Abo zusätzlich dort:

Vorher exportieren? Wenn du deine Aufzeichnungen behalten oder deiner Ärztin bzw. deinem Arzt zeigen möchtest, erstelle vor dem Löschen den PDF-Export in der App (Statistik → ganz unten „Bericht exportieren“). Nach der Löschung ist das nicht mehr möglich.

English — Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your account and all associated data for the app Chronica (provider: Emil Kirchhoff).

Option 1 — in the app (immediate): open Chronica, go to Settings, scroll to the Account section, tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete account permanently. If your access has expired and you land on the subscription screen, the same option is available there under Account.

Option 2 — by e-mail (no app needed): send an e-mail from your account address to orga@chronica-app.com with the subject Delete account. We delete the account without asking further questions, usually within a few days and at the latest within 30 days, and confirm by e-mail.

Data that is deleted: account and login data, all daily entries and health data, custom categories, settings, recorded medication intakes and the consent log. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; the data cannot be restored.

Data that remains for a limited time: anonymous analytics event data (only if you consented to usage analytics) is stored by Google for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically; purchase receipts are held by Apple and Google under their statutory retention periods and are outside our control; website server log files are kept by our host and contain no health data.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, as billing is handled by the store. Cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions (Android).
